Technical Director – Facades
Dubai
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the technical function of the business across multiple geographies including design, procurement, manufacturing, purchasing, sequencing, installation and O&M of specialist façade, cladding and roofing solutions.
- Produce relevant project specific deliverables for formal submission to the client consisting of Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detail Design Reports and specifications
- Effective resource planning, training and skills development
- Develop and implement effective group quality and safety management systems .
- Carry out site inspections of the quality of the façade access systems during the construction stage and provide site inspection reports
- Develop the current façade access specifications as required, and in line with new or revised codes

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in any Engineering, Construction or any related.
- 20 years’ experience in construction, project management on complex building projects
- Broad experience of façade, cladding and roofing design and installation
- Well versed in all Technical aspects of Aluminium and Glazing works.
- Have strong Market awareness and insight of Façade Access though Middle East and GCC.
