Design, develop and manage integration solutions for Enterprise Applications, using integration platforms such as but not limited to SnapLogic, Informatica, Tibco or Solace. Design and develop API driven solutions using API Gateway like but not limited to APIGEE, solution delivered should be adhering to RESTful design principles and best practices. To support the IT production processes governing, Incident Management, Problem management, service level management, capacity management, availability management, & IT service continuity.

Job Outline:

- Well versed with Integration design patterns and has the capability to translate Architecture Artefacts into low level design.
- Proficient in providing production support and administration of Integration platform and infrastructure in Hybrid cloud.
- Provide technical input to assist with Capacity Management, IT Service Continuity and Availability.
- Ensure that assigned incidents are resolved within the agreed Service Levels and where applicable, workarounds are provided to minimise business impact.
- Ensure that assigned problems are defined and analysed in line with the Problem Management Process.
- Ensure that solutions to problems meet the architectural and security standards within the technology area and impact to the business is minimised.
- Provide technical consultancy and guidance to teams dealing within the technology area and act as technical member in project teams delivering the work packages assigned.
- Identify areas of improvement within the relevant technology area and assist the implementation of appropriate service improvement programmes which are initiated to improve service levels by increasing capacity, availability and IT Service Continuity.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Information Technology or Other: 3+ Years of experience along with Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
- Degree in Computer science degree or other degrees in a subject relevant to IT.

Knowledge/Skills:

Proficiency using application integration technologies and tools:

- API development and management (RESTful APIs a plus).
- Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) or Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) such as but not limited to SnapLogic, Informatica, Tibco.
- Messaging protocols (e.g., JMS, AMQP, Kafka) and platform such as but not limited to IBM MQ, Solace, Active MQ, Kafka.
- Data mapping and transformation.
- Use of well-documented and secure integration patterns (e.g., message queues, event sourcing) and has the capability to translate Architecture Artefacts into low level design.
- Integration Platform administration and support.
- Experience with various programming languages commonly used in integration (e.g., Java, Python).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments. Implementation of robust error handling and logging mechanisms.
- Knowledge of database concepts (RDBMS, NoSQL) and data security practices. Understanding of cloud-based integration platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with performance testing and monitoring of integration solutions.
- Implementation of robust error handling and logging mechanisms. Design for scalability and performance to handle anticipated data volumes.
