Technical Manager / Coordinator

Job Type: Full-Time

• Experience in coordination of all civil works.
• Should be able to coordinate with the architectural structural and MEP drawings.
• Coordinate with the Consultants to obtain approval on any deviations in the drawings.
• Efficiently implement consultant requirements along with the execution team.
• Assist the Project Manager in the civil work to plan in order to meet the deadlines.
• Review the design modification during the construction stage and assist the Project Manager to review the cost and time impact.
• Ensure document control and engineering schedule as implemented effectively on the site.

Requirements

• Graduate degree(B.E. / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering
• 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry out of which 5 to 7 years’ experience In GCC countries.
• Experience especially with contractors of high rise building in UAE/ Gulf
