Job description / Role
Our Client is a leading shop solutions provider, looking for a Technical Sales Coordinator to join their team.
Responsible for liaising with Sales and Design Department to prepare detailed quotation and item specification lists. Order entry into SAP.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for accurate construction of detailed quotation;
• Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
• Analyzing costs and sales;
• Preparing reports for the GM and keeping customer records;
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
• Liaising with other members of the sales team;
• Coordination of Drawings with Design Team & Installation Team;
• Helping in the design of custom-made products;
• Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team;
• Handling tenders;
• Coordination with HQ for “Article Numbers” etc.
Requirements
Skills/qualifications:
• Strong Oral & Written Communication in English & German(advantageous)
• Solid technical background
• Sound judgement and good business sense
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Outlook
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge in SAP
• Advanced Excel + Numerate
• Eye for detail
• Work in a similar role minimum of 4 years
Requirements:
• Diploma holder in a business related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar capacity, preferably in the retail (shop fitting/interiors) sector
• Full Time (8:30am – 5:30pm, Sundays – Thursdays)
• Salary negotiable depending on candidate’s experience and qualification
