Technical Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in the maritime industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of technical products and services in the UAE-Dubai region. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients in the maritime sector.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the maritime industry in the UAE-Dubai region
- Understand clients' technical requirements and recommend appropriate products and services
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, including product demonstrations and presentations
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies and plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote products and services
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Proven experience in technical sales within the maritime industry
- Strong understanding of maritime technologies, products, and services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel within the UAE-Dubai region as required
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
