Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting a Technical Training Consultant on behalf of a rapidly expanding FinTech with their emerging markets headquarters based out of Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity to fully develop, conduct and assess software trainings for end clients, partner integrators and internally.
Requirements
Applications are sought from those that have at least 5 years of experience in total and at least 3 years of experience in training. It is essential that you possess a technical background, ideally development, before moving into a training role. You will have a proven knowledge of learning methodologies, training methods and e-learning production. You will have excellent communication skills and be university educated. This role requires extensive travel.
