Job description / Role

Nail Technician

- Ensure smooth operations of the spa nail section.
- Liaise frequently with the receptionist for appointments.
- Provide high standard nail services at all times.
- Ensure that all nail technicians adhere to the schedule set and that appropriate action is taken if standards are not met.
- Attend training sessions run by Heart & Soul spa.
- Be able to implement these new techniques in practice.
- Be able to promote spa therapy services and products.Ensure efficient management of all products stored and consumed during nail services delivered.
- Report any complaint to the senior therapist or supervisor.
- Accept bookings for all nail services available at the spa to maximise department and individual targets given by the spa director.
- Manage efficiently all stocks including ordering, storing, ordering, leading inventories of products for the nail section.
- Meet sales target as per company policy and be held accountable if not met.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the senior nail technician and spa director.
- Be able to offer a wide range of manicure and pedicure treatments, nail extensions, gelish nails, nail arts, and other specific treatments of the foot (massage, scrub, paraffin, etc).
- Provide excellent customer care.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a spa or private setting.
- Professional qualification:
- Nail Technician Diploma recognized internationally.
