Overview of the Role:
Join our team as a Workshop Technician and play a pivotal role in delivering dealership services for customer vehicles to the highest standards. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure optimal quality, increased productivity, and technical efficiency, contributing significantly to workshop revenue generation.

What You Will Do:
- Execute assigned repairs within standard time or less, demonstrating efficiency and precision.
- Proactively anticipate potential future failures and provide comprehensive additional job reports, including correct part numbers.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols while performing service/repairs, following standard job flow procedures meticulously.
- Conduct required repairs according to the manufacturer's standards, ensuring correct resolution in a First-Time Fix (FRFT) manner.
- Utilize relevant check sheets and log sheets during diagnosing and repair processes, adhering strictly to procedures.

Requirements

Required Skills for Success:
- Profound mechanical/electrical knowledge, complemented by familiarity with workshop equipment and tools.
- Ability to interpret and analyze drawings and schematics, reference service manuals, and comprehend mechanical installation-related information.
- Basic PC skills and proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, to provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong commitment to maintaining established standards of customer service and satisfaction.
