Technology Officer

Job description / Role

• Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy along with CZG to ensure alignment with its business goals.
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage along with Business Heads.
• Developing the company’s strategy for using technological resources along with CZG.
• Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely.
• Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure.
• Help departments use technology profitably.

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Build quality assurance and data protection processes.
• Use CZG’s feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
• Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions.
• Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each.
• Identify new areas of digital marketing opportunities and create plans to implement them for us and our clients.
