Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives: To work with a database of clients that are a mixture of existing, dormant and new contacts and get involved in all aspects of the sales process. With a solid track record within outbound business to business telesales. Having deep understanding with the importance of customer service and recognizing the need to balance profitable growth with customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:
• Make telephone calls to prospects clients.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
• Achieve budgeted campaign DMC (Decision Maker Contact) rate and specified targets.
• Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the properties and services and the objectives of specific campaigns.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times
• Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign calls
• Provide feedback and input to script and copy development
• Record details of opportunities and lead notes.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in relevant field or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience of which minimum 3 years must be in a position assuming similar responsibilities with a leading real estate company.

Skill Sets:
• Outbound calling or customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
• Proven track record in a sales environment
• Good attention to detail
• Computer literate and experience in database navigation
• Knowledge of the real estate industry an advantage
• Ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting
• Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
• Confident, self motivated and commission driven
• Friendly personality and team player
