Telesales Executive

Job description / Role

• Contact potential clients via phone and explain our products and services.
• Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with existing clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and sales.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop new sales strategies and techniques.

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a telesales agent or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales skills and a track record of achieving targets.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Must be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
