Telesales Officer

Job description / Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales representative to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products or services over the phone, building and maintaining a customer database, and meeting sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Explain the features and benefits of products or services to customers and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
- Keep accurate records of all sales and customer activity in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to answer customers' questions effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the market.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Highly motivated and target oriented.
- Fluency in English; multilingual is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
