Job description / Role
Our client, an established Dubai based publishing and production company. They are looking for an accomplished Administrator with excellent English communication skills. A customer focused and cordial individual from a previous service industry background. You will manage three directors busy meeting zoom scheduling. The client contacts will be at an Executive level and as such you should consider yourself an ambassador for the organisation.
The role will also require you to provide powerpoint presentations for the scheduled meetings along with good excel knowledge.
AED 10,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Proactive, good organisational skills and the ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy are paramount. Working hours are 8.00-5.00, standard five day week.
This role will be on a temporary basis initially for a month with a view to permanency. You would need to have your own visa, applicants requiring sponsorship will not be considered.
