Job description / Role
Period of work 1 to 3 months (the continuity from 1 to 3 months purely depends on how successful it would turn out)
The business development support is responsible for supporting kams in acquiring new leads in various segments by identifying opportunities, marketing product and service information through route calls, as well as following up.
Day to day actions:
• Research organizations to identify new leads and learn contact points of key decision makers
• Route call/email potential leads to market products and services
• Answer inquiries and clarify desired information
• Follow up on leads to establish rapport where necessary
• Recognize opportunities, forward, and set up meetings for kams
• Systematically document and maintain all lead information
• Other duties as assigned:
- Maintain a professional attitude in challenging situations by responding positively to feedback be knowledgeable in the brand and products through training from kam & assist. Tm cg & branding
- Be creative in application of solutions to market products through support from kam & head of trade marketing
Requirements
Educational requirements:
• Bachelors degree
Years of experience:
• Less than 2 years - entry level
Additional requirements:
• Bachelors in business administration or marketing
• Ambitious to learn for career development
• Poses superb communication and listening skills
• Ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
• High level of strategic and analytical thinking skills
• Proactive working style with good team spirit and interpersonal skill
• Highly responsible and takes ownership in ensuring the success of assigned tasks
• Excellent time management and organization
• Ability to work under pressure and tight timeline with limited resources
• Strong it fluency – microsoft excel and powerpoint
• Mobility to travel within the country
