Temporary Events Assistant (6 months)

Job description / Role

Our client is a multi-national service provider and has a heavy presence in the Middle East region as well as on a huge global level. On their behalf, we are looking for a temporary Events Assistant who would be able to support the Marketing Events coordinator in organizing flagship events in the coming months. The role will commence December 2017 and complete in May 2018.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The selected candidate will be able to hit the ground running and be ready to commence work on the project with minimum training and preparation. As such, we are looking for previous experience working within a marketing and/or events environment, preferably the latter together with a Bachelor Degree in Marketing. You will be in direct contact with clients and partners so excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential together with the ability to work in a team environment and independently. Good Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
