Temporary In-House Recruiter

Job description / Role

Our client is a based in Dubai Media City and has a large vibrant office environment. They are seeking to hire a Temporary Recruiter on a 3–6-month contract basis as they enter a very busy growth phase. A well-established entity, working across investment, strategy and property and development the role will support the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing, profiling, and interviewing candidates across a wide range of positions.

Requirements

Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner and working with other recruiters, the role is varied and fast paced. You will liaise with department heads, senior members of the leadership team with regards to job descriptions and briefs and be able to work across different job board platforms and with recruitment agencies to ensure the best candidates are shortlisted.

As an excellent communicator, you will have prior experience, ideally within an in-house role or a large agency environment and ideally possess local UAE experience. Excellent organisational ability and strong MS Office and CRM skills are also required.
