Temporary Project Coordinator

Job description / Role

For one of our prestigious clients in the downtown area of Dubai, we are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator, to assist them with a new venture. This will be for a period of between six to nine months and candidates will be required to show commitment for the duration of the project.

Salary:
AED 13,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly competent professional with excellent IT skills across the MS Office suite and in MS Visio. The role reports to the Project Manager and forms part of a small, intimate team. The main responsibilities will include assisting with project feasibility, due diligence, commercial negotiation and research as well as assisting with project concept preparations and plans. You will attend prepare, coordinate and minute meetings and help determine project requirements along with other members of the project management team. You will also analyze financial information to produce project forecasts and produce clear, up to date status reports.

Ideally our client is seeking a Bachelor Degree and have at least two years’ experience in a similar role. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment is a must as is a willingness to be flexible and adaptable to ever changing priorities. Strong multi-tasking skills and organizational skills are essential.

Candidates must be on their husband / father visa.
