Tender Technical Engineer

Job description / Role

NBHH are currently recruiting for a Tender Technical Engineer for an immediate start.

As Tender Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Quickly appraise tender documents identifying technical submission requirements, provide brief scope of works, identify key plans/drawings and detail key/major quantities of the works and distribute information.
- Liaise with various departments and site based personnel in order to obtain necessary information to fulfill submission requirements.
- Ensure that the submission document is comprehensive and formatted / presented to the highest standard.
- Propose new ideas to streamline the process of compiling submission documents.

Requirements

- Degree educated - Civil Engineering
- Be a Technical Manager experienced in preparation of technical submissions for tendering
- Have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Have a civil engineering background primarily with knowledge of infrastructure works.
- Additional knowledge of building works would be advantageous.
