Job description / Role
A leading destination management company is looking for an experienced Tour Operations Executive to manage inbound tourism business to UAE, Oman and the Gulf region from CIS countries. Working for an established operator based in Dubai, you will multi-task, ensure the smooth handling and operation of all types of requests from tour operators/travel agents including individual and group tour reservations which will include hotels, local transportation, sightseeing, guides and tourist attraction products. You will liaise with hotels, land suppliers and price and produce attractively written email proposals, tour itineraries, vouchers and all reporting documents.
The successful candidate will have proven tour operations experience gained preferably with an inbound operator in the UAE and a good product knowledge of UAE and the Arabian Gulf region as a tourist destination for international travellers. You must be fluent in both Russian/CIS language and English with excellent communication and administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
Requirements
Education: Degree or Recognized Diploma holder in international tourism marketing/operations
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in inbound tourism/destination management discipline. Experience in the UAE or Arabian Gulf region is preferred.

Contract: Minimum of 2 years
