Job description / Role
Our client is a leading player of FMCG products. They operate throughout the region and are currently looking to expand the team within their Dubai operations. This is a young and vibrant company that really values the individual.
This is considered a junior/mid-level Trade Marketing role. It is very hands on and needs someone who is flexible, dynamic and creative.
Responsibilities:
• Mystery Shopper, Touch Point Scoring, communication with BTL agency, collecting and checking data from CRM and in trade
• Completion of Sales and Marketing KPIs
• Supporting OAM in development and implementation of Trade Census
• Managing Trade census data collection process and data processing
• Maintain a portfolio of consumer & customer insights and provide business relevant output by pro-actively consulting various sources of information (internal and external market research, corporate documents, , regional & worldwide trends etc)
• Support Brand Activation Managers preparation of standard and promotion trade presenters
• Tracking activation success though CRM
• Support Sales and Brand Managers on forecasting of new products and coordination with Supply Chain
• Tracking of innovations in the market, developments overall
Duration: Permanent

AED 15,000/- plus medical and ticket
Requirements
• Bachelor in Marketing or Business Administration and min 1-3 year experience in Trade Marketing / Sales, preferably in an FMCG environment
• Advanced Excel skills
• Very strong numerical and analytical skills - translate marketing initiatives into quantifiable measurable performance
• Very strong team player skills
• Strong report writing and presentation skills
