Trade Marketing Manager - FMCG

Job description / Role

Quest Search & Selection is currently working with an international liquor business in the Middle East. They are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager who will join their dynamic team in Dubai, UAE.

As the Trade Marketing Manager - FMCG, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Manage some of the biggest brands for this international liquor company;
* Build great relationships and deliver the strategic plans with the brands marketing teams across the Gulf region;
* Grow the performance of the BWS categories within the Gulf region whilst being mindful of restrictive product advertising and promotions;
* Utilize return on investment (ROI) models for all promotions and special packs to manage profitability.
* Manage brand POS & Inventory
* Lead and motivate cross functional teams for sales and brand ambassadors deliver the Marketing, Events and POS programmes in line with the annual brand plans;
* Developing programs that provide a source of differentiation for both the supplier and the retail partner
* Develop the financial plans for the specific categories based on volumes, contribution and gross margin.

Requirements

* Degree in Business Administration (Major in Marketing) and/or WSET qualified;
* Minimum 5 years of FMCG commercial experience gained within Trade Marketing, National Accounts or Category Management;
* Proven leadership and influencing skills to drive delivery of business objectives;
* Excellent communication and analytical skills;
* Strong analytical skills and able to lead projects.
