What you'll be doing

As a Trainee Product Enrichment Specialist, you will be integral to our team by enhancing our product listings to improve customer experience and engagement. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product data management and content creation within a dynamic e-commerce environment.

- Data Management: Update and maintain accurate product information in our database, ensuring all listings are complete, accurate, and optimized for search engines and customer usability.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling product descriptions, titles, and specifications that highlight key features and benefits, adhering to SEO best practices.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular checks on product listings to identify and correct any inaccuracies or inconsistencies in the product data.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to suggest improvements for product listings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the merchandising, category management and marketing teams to ensure product information aligns with overall business strategies and customer needs.

Requirements

What you'll need to succeed

- Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in written English and Arabic languages is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SEO principles, content management systems (CMS), and data entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is mandatory.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze product data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of product listings.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
