Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A European multinational is looking for an experienced Training Centre Manager to head up their regional training centre in Dubai. The role will involve managing the team of trainers and administrators as well as training service providers. You will be involved in all aspects of running the training centre from measuring and monitoring the impact of training in the various markets, designing the training calendar and analysing the brand and the market's training needs. In addition you will be involved with managing the training environment, contents and delivery and trainer performance and participate in regional and international conferences as well as presenting to the board in Europe.

Salary:
AED 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Education, Medical, Flight and annual bonus

Requirements

You must have had experience managing a training centre or an academy. This can be in any industry but the key is to having the necessary skills to manage and develop the training centre.

We are not looking for someone who has just delivered training but rather someone who has managed the train centre itself from the strategic planning to the training centre budget. If you have regional experience this will be an advantage.
