Job Description
- Screen the list of students who meet the Industrial training conditions and communicate with them via e-mail to submit their applications.
- Work on Students' Applications process.
- Sorting the list and distributing students to companies according to the followed procedures.
- Conduct orientation meetings with eligible students for Training to show them the procedures, all the Industrial Training requirements, and grading distribution,
- Build strong relationships with local and private institutions and companies, whether internal or external, and communicate with them to provide training places for students from all departments of the college.
- Conduct meetings with academic supervisors at the beginning of the semester to discuss the followed procedures for following up with students during the semester.
- Provide transportation and accommodation (If needed) for the students.
- Organize workshops for the students before going to the field, in coordination with the parties concerned, whether inside or outside the university.
- Honor the companies and organizations that contributed to students' Training.
- Collect the Industrial training course grades in coordination with the academic supervisors and the Industrial supervisor from the companies.
- Create Industrial training course sections through the systems used at the UAEU (Meydan, Blackboard)
- Follow up on the Training academic supervisors' Visits

Requirements

Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a related field

Preferred Qualification
- Master's degree is preferable
