Up to AED20,000 per month total salary
On behalf of our client a leading local tourism company that is based in Sharjah we are looking to recruit a Training Manager.
Reporting into the HR department you will be responsible for identifying training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular meetings with business managers and the HR department, oversee the design, development and execution of all management and skills based training plans, provide leadership and vision for the learning department, prepare and implement training budgets and develop and review training and policies and strategies.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be degree educated in a HR or training discipline, have significant experience with training needs analysis and evaluation, curriculum and training design and teaching principles for individuals and groups within a multi cultural working environment.
Please note the salary is inclusive of HRA and transport and the working hours are 7am-2.30pm Sunday to Thursday.
