Transfer Pricing Manager

Inspire Selection is searching for a Manager for the Transfer Pricing team of our client - a top tier accountancy firm based in Dubai.

In this role, you would have the opportunity to work with the most experienced TP team in the region.

As a TP Manager you will play a role key in:
• Contributing to the fast development of TP team in the region
• Participating fully in clients’ advisory situations and business development activities
• Acting as a main point of contact for the delivery of advice to clients around TP policy design, documentation, implementation, and dispute resolution
• Writing high quality reports and documentation
• Demonstrating an ability to analyze and interpret data, identifying business issues and applying technical knowledge appropriately
• Taking a proactive responsibility in the team's performance and issues
• Leading, managing, and coaching team members by inducting effectively, giving regular feedback and completing timely performance reviews.

Requirements

• Professionally qualified (for example ACA, CA, ACCA)
• Above 5-6 years of experience in Transfer Pricing in a big four or a multinational firm
• Good Knowledge of tax and business laws and regulations
• Industry exposure, technical skills and commercial awareness
• Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
• Excellent English skills (oral and writing)
• Prior TP experience gained within professional services (preferably with a big four and in a western jurisdiction that already has established TP rules and practices)
• Excellent client facing, relationship building and business development skills, coupled with commercial awareness
• The ability to be proactive, identify opportunity and take responsibility
• Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
• Industry exposure, technical skills and commercial awareness
• Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
• Availability to travel within the GCC
