Transport Planner / Transport Operation Manager

Job description / Role

Client is a leading Trucking Company with a fleet of more than 300 heavy Duty Trucks and Trailer hiring Transport Planner /Transport Operation Manager, candidate must be base in UAE with min 10yrs work experience in managing large numbers of fleet and drivers.

• Must hold Strong routing and organizational skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Analyze the Division’s financial performance providing; recommendation for development, forecasting and budgeting requirements.

Requirements

• Effective communicator both spoken and written.
• Liaise with QHSE Division on all emergency response programmed to be compliant with HSE guidelines and regulations.
• Must be computer literate – highly proficient in MS Office Applications
• Minimum of 5 years in Road Transport Management in the UAE
• UAE Drivers License a Must
