Treasurer

Job description / Role

Major international oil and gas operating company is looking for Treasurer for its ongoing project in southern Iraq. 2 years employment contract. Work schedule 28/28 days shift at West Qurna 2 oilfield, Basra region, Republic of Iraq.

Key responsibilities:
• Arrange timely and adequate funding
• Prepare and revise cash flow plans
• Coordinate payment process
• Manage and support documentary operation
• Reviews and expertise all types of Bank Guarantees
• Represent the Company and manage relationships with banks and other business partners
• Support reporting function

Requirements

• University degree in Economics / Finance
• Advanced knowledge and expertise in Treasury, Planning and Corporate Finance
• Knowledge of Treasury management Systems
• 5+ years of experience in similar role at heavy / manufacturing / Oil & Gas industries
• Previous experience in banking industry is an advantage
• Fluent Russian and English
