The Company
My client, a leading multinational in the manufacturing space, is looking for a Treasury Manager to join their organisation. This opportunity will enable you to demonstrate your extensive experience of the UAE banking system and play a critical part in the cash flow, forecasting and hedging of the company's finances. To Be Considered Prior to Applying:
* Based in UAE (with experience on UAE banking system)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury function, with a focus on cash flow / forecasting (currently 50% of time is allocated to this), bank relationship (debt management, payments restructuring), insurance (general, trade credit), hedging (will need to build system)
* Mix of local and MNC experience
* Both strategic and operational approach (will need to set treasury strategy, as well as take on the admin / operational side of it, considering there is only 1 Treasury Analyst reporting to him)
* Ideally Arabic speaker, but this is not a rejection criteria

The Role
* Be a role model when it comes to H&S
* Take the overall responsibility of all the H&S actions within function (department) and ensure the required resources are available to support the implementation of all the required actions
* Responsible for implementing the Group's/Company's existing treasury policies with regards to the cash management and trade activities
* Responsible for proposing new and/or improving treasury policies
* In charge of building cash forecasts of the BU's cash position and communicate to relevant parties
* Working along with the Control and Accounting departments to ensure constant cash flow forecasts, in line with budget and business needs
* In charge of Bank Relationship Management in coordination with Cairo Regional Center
* Guarantee bank receives proper reporting under the Project Financing. Coordinate with all relevant functions (technical, environmental, control) to provide all elements on time
* Prepares, issues and recommends contracts and proposals for financial services related to investments and debts
* Liaison with Regional Treasury Center in sourcing long term funding, when needed
* Working along with the IT to develop necessary local applications to support the local business and obtain efficiency in business flow
* Build, Maintain, analyze cash flow forecast. Review of variances from the forecast, and working closely with other business areas to ensure variances are investigated and forecasting is improved. Communication of the information to the relevant parties on time
* Ensure that all Group Internal Control Standards related to treasury management are implemented and applied in compliance with the related local treasury procedures
* Contribute in actions aiming to improve working capital

Requirements

Candidate Requirements
* Min Qualifications: Finance Graduate
* Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury function
* Based in UAE (with experience on UAE banking system)

Salary & Benefits
* Salary 24-28.000 AED + Yearly bonus (based on own, team and company performance) + Family status (medical insurance and yearly plane ticket for self and family, education allowance of 15000 AED /year/child; applicable for up to 3 children)
