UAE Key Account Manager

Job description / Role

A manufacturing client based in Abu Dhabi are seeking an experienced UAE Key Account Manager from the manufacturing industry with a specialism in the packaging sector. Committed to innovative and environmentally friendly packaging, our client uses the latest technology to deliver reliable, quality and a high standard of service and deliverables to their clients. With a team that brings over 100 years of collective experience to the fore, our client is therefore seeking those who have an established network of clients and are able to utilise current clients to further expand their business needs.

You will be adept at developing strong working relationships with clients to bring both new business and manage all current clients in order to further develop the product range with them. You will work closely with a diverse range of clients on a daily basis and ensure they are kept updated with industry technologies and innovation developments throughout. As the first point of contact for all of your clients you will also liaise with the manufacturing team (also based in Abu Dhabi) to ensure the exacting requirements meet your client needs and to also discuss any specific bespoke requirements. On the reporting side you will monitor and forecast sales, cost, P&L, pipeline business and market and competitor activity for the Country Manager on a weekly basis.

Requirements

Energetic and professional you will be an extremely capable individual, whom is able to network and develop strong business relationships from the initial discussion through to full account management. Industry knowledge is also essential and our client has therefore requested that only those from the manufacturing packaging sector should apply for this role. It is expected that you will be degree educated and posses at least 3-5 years industry experience in a similar role. The vacancy of Key Account Manager is also available to those oversees from the same industry seeking to relocate to the UAE.
