You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day activities. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting with various projects to facilitate the team's success.

Description
* Provide administrative support to the investment team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
* Assist with the preparation and distribution of investment reports, presentations, and other materials.
* Maintain and organise electronic and physical files, databases, and documentation related to investment activities.
* Coordinate internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the team.
* Assist with special projects, research assignments, and data analysis as directed by team members.
* Liaise with other departments within the organisation to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and information sharing.
* Assist in the organisation and execution of team events, conferences, and meetings, including logistical planning and coordination.
* Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and confidential matters.

Requirements:
* UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
* Prior experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a financial services or investment environment.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.
* Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
* Proactive and adaptable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
