The Recruitment Officer will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier talent to meet the organisation's staffing needs.

Description

* Source candidates from job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
* Craft compelling job descriptions and ads for open positions.
* Build and manage a strong pool of qualified candidates.
* Review resumes and applications for fit and cultural alignment.
* Conduct initial phone screens and interviews.
* Administer skills and ability assessments.
* Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
* Prepare interview materials and provide feedback.
* Maintain clear and open communication with candidates.
* Cultivate positive candidate relationships and potential talent pool.
* Keep candidate records updated in ATS.
* Generate recruitment reports and metrics.
* Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs and strategies.
* Attend events to expand talent pool and stay informed.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Document recruitment activities and candidate interactions.

Requirements

* UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3+ years of proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role, with a strong track record of successful candidate placements.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Familiarity with setting up and using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
* Knowledge of labour laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
