Description

* Oversee day-to-day security operations at the designated destination, ensuring a safe and secure environment for visitors.
* Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and respond to emergencies effectively.
* Develop strategies to manage security concerns associated with high foot traffic, including crowd control and access management.
* Collaborate with local authorities to enhance overall safety measures.
* Coordinate and manage security arrangements for VIP delegations, providing a seamless and discreet experience.
* Ensure the safety and confidentiality of VIP guests and their entourages.
* Liaise and coordinate with multiple security agencies to align efforts and maintain a cohesive security strategy.
* Facilitate communication and information sharing during events and VIP visits.

Requirements

* UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in security supervision, particularly in venues with high foot traffic.
* Proven track record of managing security for VIP entourages and coordinating with multiple security agencies.
* Strong understanding of crowd management and access control strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant certifications in security management.
* Prior experience in similar positions within the police or military is highly valued.
