The Tax Manager will be responsible for directing and managing multiple operations related to taxes and delivering tax services.

Description
* Manage and oversee tax-related operations within the organisation, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement tax-efficient structures and strategies for business transactions and operations.
* Stay updated on transfer pricing regulations and oversee the implementation of transfer pricing policies and documentation.
* Monitor the legislative and regulatory shifts in tax and customs within the region to proactively identify potential risks and advantageous prospects.
* Provide guidance and training to finance and operational teams on tax matters and ensure understanding and compliance with tax policies and procedures.

Requirements
* Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* UAE National with Family Book.
* 6+ years of relevant experience in tax management, with a strong finance background.
* Solid knowledge and understanding of tax laws, regulations, and customs systems across the Gulf Region.
* Proven track record of successfully handling tax compliance, tax planning, and tax audits.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, tax authorities, and external advisors.
