Employment: Full Time

CIS are currently recruiting for a UAE Social Studies Teacher.

The role of the UAE Social Studies Teacher is to implement and teach the Ministry’s Curriculum of UAE Social Studies in the UAE from Grades 7-12. As part of the role you will be required to create syllabi for each of the assigned courses in line with MOE requirements on this course.

Requirements

- Have a Bachelor Degree in Social Studies/History/Geography.
- Bi-lingual in Arabic and English.
- Have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
- Be prepared to work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff as a member of a professional learning community.
- Have strong, positive interpersonal skills with the ability to foster understanding and appreciation of cultural differences
- Be willing to contribute to the school\'s extracurricular program.
