Job description / Role
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.
• Maintain UX and design consistency across mobile and we apps.
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images.
• Develop lists of prioritized concepts, wireframes, annotations and UX mapping.
• Develop choices around design and user interfaces that allow teams to solve user pain points.
• Create design briefs that outline design iterations, prioritized concepts and timelines.
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Track record of designing complex web and mobile apps
• Knowledge of wireframe tools
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Good time-management skills
• 3 – 5 years of UX design experience, preferably in a high-growth tech company
• Strong grasp of information design, design patterns, and UX heuristics (Preferred) BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
