An exciting opportunity has up for a Product UX Designer to join a renowned Technology company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a UX Designer you will be working with global brands supporting the development of design based digital products. You will be responsible for defining and implementing innovative solutions for the product direction, visual and experience.

Description

* Understand product specifications and user psychology
* Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
* Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
* Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off
* Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
* Present designs and key milestone deliverables to stakeholders
* Create personas through user research and data
* Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
* Develop wireframes and prototypes for the applications and features
* Find creative ways to solve UX problems
* Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
* Considering existing applications and evaluating their UX (user experience) effectiveness
* Considering the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design
* Running user testing of applications, software and websites
* Defining interaction models, user task flows, and UI (user interface) specifications
* Communicating scenarios (hypothetical users), end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to other people working on a product
* Working with creative directors and visual designers to incorporate a visual or brand identity into the finished product

Requirements

* UX design experience, ideally within an Agile environment
* Relevant higher education in user interaction design, graphical design or product design.
* NN/g UX Certified highly desirable
* Demonstrated experience building UX deliverables such as wireframes, design mockups, flow charts, functional specifications, and style guides.
* Ability to prototype rapidly, be it with paper, hand-coded HTML/CSS, Sketch, FigmaInvision, or others.
* Experience conducting various usability and UX research methodologies
* Understanding and appreciation of user-centered design process and methodologies
* Thorough understanding of navigation techniques, gestures, screen flows and design best practices.
