We're looking for a smart, focused detailed UX Researcher to join our growing team to help us understand the complex needs of our Customers and Captains. Working directly with our product team, you will be helping us learn how we can improve our products, across all the cities we currently operate in.
Requirements
As a UX Researcher on our Dubai-based team, you will:
- Establish a plan for user research explorations that helps question and validate our existing designs and upcoming assumptions on the customer and captain products
- Plan and execute field research, surveys, user interviews, diary studies and usability tests with our customers to understand how we can serve them better
- Work with our data scientists, product managers and designers in identifying trends and patterns in user behaviour to support and aid your research
- Make your insights actionable by proposing recommendations and solutions
- Work with the design team on validating and iterating on designs to ensure the right design decisions are being made with your insights from the field.
- Be exposed to the whole business, in an environment where your ideas count
- Help define how we work together, and how we build a great product.
