What you’ll be doing
- Visual Design & Development: Conceptualise, design, and develop engaging website layouts, graphics, and interactive features that reflect company objectives and enhance user experience.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate directly with project stakeholders to understand and interpret design requirements ensuring project goals are met with creative solutions.
- UX/UI Prioritisation: Emphasise UX/UI principles in all design projects, creating accessible, intuitive, and responsive designs that cater to user needs across all devices.
- Creative Asset Creation: Select and design visual elements such as graphics, images, icons, and animations to elevate the website's aesthetic appeal and functionality.
- Branding Consistency: Ensure a consistent design language and branding across the website to provide a cohesive and engaging user experience.
- Responsive Optimisation: Design websites that are optimised for mobile devices and various screen sizes, ensuring responsive and user-friendly layouts.
- Interactive Prototyping: Utilise interactive prototypes and wireframes to showcase and refine website functionality and design concepts effectively.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with web developers, content creators, and project managers to ensure seamless development and successful website launches.
- Usability Testing & Feedback Integration: Conduct usability tests to collect user feedback and implement necessary design improvements.
- Quality Assurance & Improvement: Perform detailed quality assurance checks to identify and fix any design issues or bugs.
- Trend Monitoring & Skill Enhancement: Stay informed about the latest web design trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously refine design skills and methodologies.

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Are you the person we are looking for?
- Fluent English - verbal and written
- Proven Experience: 3+ years of professional design experience in a design firm, advertising agency, or as an in-house graphic designer.
- Professional Portfolio: Demonstrable web design expertise with a portfolio showcasing past projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in graphic design software and web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
- UI/UX Knowledge: A strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Creativity & Problem-Solving: Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organisational abilities.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Web Development Knowledge: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and a basic understanding of web development principles is a plus.
