Exclusive Links Vacation Homes is a dynamic and rapidly growing short-term rental company based in the heart of Dubai and are committed to providing unparalleled guest experiences.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Vacation Homes Property Manager to join our team.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the short-term rental market
• Increase the number of listings in the portfolio through networking and business development
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and potential leads
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
• Provide investors and landlords with frequent updates regarding property performance
• Manage relationship of both property owners and guests of our growing portfolio
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new properties
• Work with the marketing team on creatives and advertising initiatives
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to business development, revenue generation, and property acquisition
• Establish and continually review competitive listing prices
• Approve and upload new listings ensuring quality control is always maintained across the brand
• Ensure timelines are met to ensure smooth operation & client satisfaction
• Be innovative and identify improvements to the services offered
• Report on MI/ activities and performances of ELVH to the senior management team

Requirements

• Experience within the short term rental market mandatory
• Understand financial advantages of short term leasing
• Work under pressure with multi-task deadlines to produce high quality results
• Operation knowledge of short term CRM softwares/guest booking avenues
• Attention to detail in customer service with a hospitality approach
• Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels
• Complement existing management with solutions and innovation
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, and networking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Full clean UAE drivers license and own car
