Job description / Role
Charterhouse are representing a major real estate advisory firm with offices throughout the region and globally in their search for Valuation Surveyors of all levels. The role is based in Dubai and reporting to the valuations director.
Your role is to maintain high standards of client service delivery and excellent technical competence. You will be responsible for the preparation of valuation reports. You will attend regular client meetings, undertake property inspections, research and prepare property valuations.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a valuation surveyors of any experience that have MRICS qualification. You should ideally have 0-5 years relevant post qualified experience and someone who has the ability to progress to associate/manager level. Ideally the candidate would have worked on various types of properties including commercial, residential and industrial but any asset class is considered. Upon acceptance of this position you will be joining an international organisation with an enviable reputation for success, an expertise within the region and ongoing projects and some of the most exciting valuations in the Middle East.
