You will develop and execute project management and control strategies to drive value realisation for a digital enterprise enablement platform.

Description
* Value Realisation Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project benefits, outcomes, and value drivers.
* Develop value realization plans that outline the activities, milestones, and metrics to track and measure the achievement of expected benefits.
* Project Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse project performance against established goals, timelines, and budgets.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and collaborate with project stakeholders, including executives, project teams, and business units.
* Risk Management: Identify and manage project-related risks and issues that may affect value realization.

Requirements
* Proven experience in project management, strategy development, or value realization roles, within a large scale (2,000+ employee) environment
* Experience in leading and managing projects with a focus on delivering strategic objectives
* Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices
* Analytical skills to assess project performance
* Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders
* Knowledge of business analysis techniques and value management methodologies
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Project Management, or a related discipline
