Van Salesman - Chicken Poultry

Job description / Role

• To sell the company product to our current and potential customer.
• Making sure products are available on the shelf with proper visibility.
• Proper weekly forecast to eliminate market returns.
• Report competitor activities in the market place.
• Cash sales collection and on time submission.
• Ensure sales route is followed diligently.
• Minimum customer visits, positive calls and average invoice value to be maintained
• Maintain vehicle in proper condition.

Salary:
AED 1,500 to 2,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Education / Qualification - at least Higher Secondary
• Work Experience - 2 -3 years in FMCG Distribution and minimum 2 years experience in UAE
• Knowledge - Route/Delivery Knowledge, HHT & Products Knowledge, Basic Accounts procedure knowledge
• Skills: Key accounts negotiation, Strong convincing power, Basic Communication Skills (verbal, written, presentation), fast learner, active and Influencing, Team player, selling, negotiation
• Driving License - UAE Driving License is advantage
