Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Planning and organisation
- End to end accountability for timely execution of all VAT refund calculation.
- Pre and Post validation of VAT OCC / Adjustment upload in Billing.
- Provide pro-active and re-active support to all areas of the business, with a particular focus on VAT related queries.
- Be primary point of contact and provide subject matter expertise to cross functional teams on VAT billing from a business perspective.

Financial excellence (Budgets, revenue/profit and costs)
- Accountable and responsible for achieving company’s objective of minimizing customer impact by performing correct VAT refund.


Customer excellence (Internal/external customer engagement and relationship management)
- Responsible to highlight to the management critical incidences impacting customer experience or resulting in non-compliance to policy where appropriate
- Define and measure customer service standards for the teams in collaboration with the company’s service level agreements and KPIs
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal stake holders

Process excellence (Operational efficiency and risk management)
- Responsible for definition, design and implementation of any appropriate refund as per VAT Law in billing for all Postpaid customers.

Requirements

Minimum experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Billing Operations / Revenue Assurance role in Telecom / IT / Bank industry

Minimum education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.

Knowledge and skills:
- MS SQL
- Unix
- MS Office ( Excel / Access – Expert)
- Previous working knowledge of working with BSCS and Siebel
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Strong communication/negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and business writing skills
- Customer focused
