Job Description:
- Liaising with various departments and forwarding any issues or suggestions to the principal.
- Helping with the development and review of budgets, school policies, and rules and regulations.
- Attending and participating in meetings with staff, parents, and other officials.
- Assisting with recruitment, training, and on boarding of all new staff.
- Overseeing the collection and analysis of academic data to ensure compliance with ADEK requirements and international accreditation standards.

Qualifications:
- Open to native English speakers
- Female, 40 years old and below
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as Vice Principal; 3 years as Head of Section; 5 years’ teaching
- Preferably Abu Dhabi experience in American/IB Curriculum
- AP (Advanced Placement) experience is an advantage
