School in Abu Dhabi seeks a Vice Principal to join the team ASAP, to continue to lead the ongoing successes of the whole school from KG, Elementary to High School, as well as supporting other areas of the school and its future expansion. Seeking a Vice Principal to support the Principal with the overall running of the whole school whilst demonstrating a relentless commitment to the students, staff and parents, overseeing curriculum development, assessment, strategic systems, culture, and visions, whilst being involved in the recruiting, managing and motivating staff to ensure a high level of teaching standards, whilst guiding staff in their career development and overing a team of 6 Senior Leaders.

As a Vice Principal you will manage finances, resources and budgets to ensure the school remains profitable whilst providing staff and children the recourses needed to make their learning experience enjoyable and exciting.

The school is offering a competitive salary, with accommodation allowance, annual flights, healthcare, and schooling for dependent children.

Salary:
AED 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Annual housing allowance of 80,000 AED, annual flights and healthcare.

Requirements

To be suitable for the role of whole school Vice Principal you will need the following:

- Be a senior leader with a previous track record of success and 10 years’ experience in leadership
- Be able to create and positive culture that demonstrates honestly, integrity and initiative
- You must be fully qualified in Education with a Masters degree
- As a Vice Principal, you will be professional, adaptable and committed to the long terms progression of the school, staff, students and wider community
