Vigilance Officer

Job description / Role

The main purpose of this job is to provide support to entire sales structure by:
- processing submitted applicants
- coordinating closely to process apps as per policy
- providing support for tracking the application
- reinstatement of discrepant application
- providing support in back end calling activity

Duties will include, but are not limited to
- Process applications after due diligence has been done on submitted applications
- Responsible for keeping stock of approvals, pending and WIP cases
- Daily WIP bucket sharing with sales and credit by stage
- Updating master MI related to PD cases in order to decline particular applications
- Monitor end to end TAT to ensure better customer experience
- Keep policy one pagers up to date to ensure no gaps in understanding
- Feed training managers on top discrepant reasons to feed into monthly training refreshers avoiding lower approval rates and poor customer experience

Requirements

Skill Set:

- thorough understanding of policies and procedures
- Good PC skills (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Understanding of compliance related matters linked to financial application processing and eligibility including KYC, OSV etc.
