Job description / Role
Position Title: Visual Merchandiser
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 5.7K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualification

About the Client:
One of the leading retail hypermarket groups with nearly a hundred branch all over UAE
Job Role:
• Collaborate closely with points of sale’s Team to ensure optimal execution of Planograms
• Ensure all stock is merchandised and displayed according to standards (including product placement, implementation of campaign specific POS, tidy product displays in accordance to guidelines, stocks, expiry date, price etc.)
• Work closely with Store Supervisors to minimize wastage by using correct PLU
• Share information about products to the staff and helps in their training about proper food procedures and handling
• Ensure accurate execution of in-store visual merchandising standards and guidelines
• Perform market research to stay up-to-date with current market trends and update suggestions and layouts to management and stakeholders
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Filipino, Indian, Nepali and Sri Lankan Nationalities
• 40 years old and below
• At least 1 year experience in merchandising
• Must have a valid UAE driving license
• Must have experience in the fresh food section from a supermarket/hypermarket
