Job description / Role
Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading retailer in UAE who are looking for a strong Visual Manager to manage and implement their visual merchandising strategies across the region. The role requires someone with experience in the fashion industry with good knowledge of the current market trends and excellent eye for detail.
Job Description:
The responsibilities of the Visual Manager within this retail business will include:
· Creating, developing, and implementing all the visual merchandising programs
· Design the in-store displays keeping in mind the organization's sales objectives
· Regularly travel to the stores to communicate the visual merchandising strategy
· Create window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotion displays
· Monitor the costs and work within budget
· Liaise with suppliers and source elements
· Research the current design and fashion trends
Key Requirements:
· Proven work experience of 4-5 years as visual manager
· Strong visual design skills
· Proficiency in Photoshop or other visual design tools
· Strong team management experience
· Experience of working with multiple stores
· Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, a second language is a plus
