Borr Drilling Limited is an international drilling contractor to the oil and gas industry, with the ambition of acquiring and operating modern drilling assets. With our fleet of rigs, we will deliver safe and high quality drilling operations to our customers.

We are looking for a Vice President HR for Borr Drilling Ltd.

The Vice President HR will lead all aspects of Human Resources in accordance with Borr Drilling's standards. The candidate will be working with our management team based in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and execution in HR strategy, programs, policy and practice
• Determine, develop and execute global human resource strategies that effectively support the overall business strategies
• Build organisational bench strength by developing competency programs to meet customer and contractual needs
• Manage the HR budget, report monthly on budget performance for the HR function; oversee forecasting activity for global headcount across all functions and business units
• Ensure that the offshore units are staffed with competent personnel crew
• Ensure organisational understanding of and adherence to ethics and compliance standards, and all local/regional employment regulations
• Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field (Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences or equivalent)
• Minimum of 10 years' international experience from a major company or division of a large corporation, preferably within the oil & gas industry
• Time management and planning skills to achieve planned targets
• Proactive towards internal and external stakeholders, including the client, Borr Drilling's Management
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) with the ability to work with clients, internal onshore teams and offshore personnel
• Ability to prioritise and manage daily situations related to operations, personnel, the client and local labour issues
• Willingness to travel
